Logo Design for University Student Body

In
Washington, D.C

I was commissioned by the Student Government of the
Washington Adventist University
in Washington, D.C to revitalize
Their logo to one with a more contemporary aesthetic and specifically
Reflected their status as one of the more choice club organizations
On that University's campus.

Before.

After.

Conceptualization. I

I started by presenting a list of various directions to for the
Logo's design process. Keeping each concept in black and white to
Break their reliance on color for integrity. It's important to make sure
Any solution works well in black and white first,
Designing in color last.

Conceptualization. II

After a concept was chosen, I followed our the selected direction
by continuing revisions on the concept while maintaining its
Black and white appearance.

Conceptualization. III

After revising the concept into a detailed logo solution I continued
Following up the chosen direction by displaying possible ways to
Incorporate the club title into the logo design. However, the
Client expressed interest leave the written title
Out of the design.

Final Draft.

This was the final result, rendered in the school's colors.

Poetry Night flyers

Poster for a poetry night I hosted, the theme of the event was based on a poem I wrote a while back but never released.

The 2nd part of my poster series. I used the actual poem that I based the event on, constructing it to look like a definition.

Poster for the second installment of the "Words" poetry night I hosted a while back.

Logo Design

Personal project, where I played around with a logo
for a fictitious tea company named "Red Tea".
